By adding NEBOT ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Bot for any malicious, illegal, or disruptive activities, including platform manipulation, spamming, or violating Discord's official Community Guidelines and Developer Terms of Service.

2. Data Security & Storage

We prioritize the security of all stored datasets. Persistent server configuration records, moderation data, warning logs, and system metrics are stored securely within local filesystems hosted on TrueNAS. The datasets containing these files are completely encrypted-at-rest using native TrueNAS ZFS encryption standards, ensuring robust protection against unauthorized physical or digital extraction.

3. Disclaimer

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developers are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or server management actions executed by the Bot.
