Your privacy is important to us. This document explains what data NEBOT collects, how it is handled, and the security protocols protecting it.
All collected data is stored in standard JSON files within the host system. The datasets where these files are stored are completely encrypted-at-rest using native TrueNAS ZFS dataset encryption. This ensures that no unauthorized parties can access the raw filesystem data.
We do not sell, share, trade, or distribute your data to any third parties under any circumstances. All data is strictly processed and utilized locally to provide the Bot's core functionality (moderation logs, configuration metrics).
Data is retained until the Bot is removed from a server or upon receiving an explicit data deletion request from the server administrator or users. Alternatively, all your data can be deleted by running the /delete-my-data command.
Users may request the removal of their stored data at any time by contacting the administration via the official support channels or developer communications. All your data can also be deleted directly by running the /delete-my-data command.
